Valves and actuators are a family’s habitat for the Lisignoli Family from generations, until the 2009 when Davide Lisignoli decided to open in Colico, in the North-West part of Italy, Care-O-Valve his personal challenge.

The company has born based on the experience of Davide Lisignoli, mechanical engineer grown working in the valve manufacturing for more than ten years. After a long career as Field Service Engineer and Service Manager based mainly in Shakalin, following the Exxon Mobile Shakalin 1 project, he moved as plant manufacturing manager in Malaysia following the start up of the first valves manufacturing plant in the area. During his experience he has operated in more than 20 different projects and as many countries, obtaining during his service an encomium for the key role played during the Sakhalin 1 project.

To provide a better proximity to the major markets, in 2012 Lisignoli Family decided to move a division of the company in United Arab Emirates, where is operating a full equipped workshop serving Adnoc Group and all the company of the Middle East.
